I wanted a hot pink scarf... and I almost purchased one until my friend Warren reminded me I could make one and it would be less expensive! It look less than one skein of Caron's Simply Soft yarn in Watermelon.
♥Crochet a chain as wide as you want the scarf
♥Half double crochet in the third chain from hook and across the rest of the row
♥Single crochet two chains and turn
♥Half double crochet in back loops only (this makes a cool pattern)
♥Continue this pattern:
Single crochet two chains and turn
Half double crochet in back loops only
♥Until the scarf is the length you desire
♥Add fringe on both ends of your scarf
Rock your hot pink or whatever color you prefer easy crochet scarf!
