I just finished the last book in The Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead. Last Sacrifice was the 6th book in the series. This was a great series of fun, entertaining books that take you far away from reality... and sometimes that is just what the doctor ordered! I would highly recommend this series for entertainment. I'm not even really into Vampires (even though they have been very popular as of late) but I was fascinated by the Vampire world in The Vampire Academy series. I'm a little sad that's over, but luckily there is a spin off series Bloodines that I cannot wait to read. :) Have you read Last Sacrifice? What did you think?

Bookends ♥ Shadow Kiss
And I’m onto the third book in The Vampire Academy Series by Richelle Mead. I just love this series! Now that I’ve started, I can’t wait to read them all. The main character Rose seemed a little annoying at the beginning of this book, but no worries by the end of the book things got very interesting and action-packed. It was another fabulous read! I dreamed about vampires last night. And a warning…I was looking online to purchase the last two books and I read the description and it had a huge spoiler I would have preferred to not read. So don’t read any of the backs of the books!

Bookends ♥ Frostbite
This is the second book in the The Vampire Academy Series by Richelle Mead. During this book, you get to see Christian and Lissa’s relationship progress and meet Rose's mom. There is also some drama as a royal sets her sights on Dimitri. It was another entertaining read and was pretty action packed, especially at the end of the book. It was just as good as the first book, maybe even better! Highly recommended reading for fun ♥♥♥

Bookends ♥ Vampire Academy
I absolutely loved the first book in the Vampire Academy series. My friend Theresa bought me the entire set (at least the first five books) for Christmas. I'm finally just reading the first one (sad, I know) and it was AWESOME... such a great read. Vampires, hormones and a hidden world of guardians and royalty... whats not to love? Also, a bit of the book is set in Portland, Oregon. (hometown shout out!) I also love this even though it's a very minor part of the book. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a light, fun and highly entertaining read. I can't wait to start the next one tomorrow. ♥♥♥
